Is one artificial insemination enough for my dog to get pregnant?

We sedate the females at my clinic for AI so we are sure that we are through the cervix and are doing it sterile. It could be normal that some fluid comes out. If it was a lot then I think you didn't get the straw through the cervix and I would worry that it won't take. Can you do the AI again with a Vet that does this routinely! I wish you the best!

Dogs go through a heat cycle only twice a year or so, so the chances that Rain got pregnant from one incident at the dog park are rather slim. Mating in dogs takes about 20 minutes, and typically involves a "tie" which includes the dogs standing with their rear ends together. If Rain were to be pregnant, 9 months is not too young and she can very well have an absolutely normal pregnancy. I hope this helps and am happy to answer any other questions you may have!

I would recommend not breeding her anymore and getting her spayed. It is possible that she is unable to get pregnant again. If you would like to know for sure I would take her to a veterinarian for bloodwork to check her hormone level. However with her getting older it might be time to retire her and stop trying to breed her.

The progesterone test can be done every 2-3 days starting about 3-5 days into the heat.The beginning progesterone levels are typically less than 1.0 ng/ml until the day before the LH surge. The day of the LH spike, serum progesterone concentrations are 2-3 ng/ml; the day following the LH surge, the serum progesterone concentration is 3-4 ng/ml. Ovulation occurs at a progesterone level of 5 ng/ml. The aim is to identify when the progesterone level reaches 2.5 ng/ml. Natural breeding should occur 3 days after the 2.5 ng/ml mark. Since you are in Pakistan I am not sure what units your Progeterone level of 19 is. If it is in ng/ml you are likely too late this time around. You can definitely try to breed her now. I hope this helps and feel free to repost if your measurements are not ng/ml.

Yes this is correct for two main reasons, the first is complication during delivery and the second is because the dog is too young and is often not a very good mother, this leads to many puppies dying during the first couple weeks of life.

If your mom saw Esme in the act of mating with a male dog, then it's very likely she will become pregnant. You should either prepare for puppies in about 60 days, or consider having her spayed now if you didn't intend to breed her.
