My dog is not eating, losing weight, lethargic. Is he very sick?

These are signs that he is either in a great deal of pain, or is very sick. There could be many possible causes of this, so it's difficult to say what exactly this means, or how easily this can be treated, but it's worth a visit to the vet. The vet will be able to help narrow-down the cause and at-least give treatment to make him feel better. Given his current condition, I reccomend he go to the vet within the next 24 hours. The description that you gave of Jex sounds very concerning. I would get him into a veterinarian for a thorough exam. He most likely will need some diagnostics to find out what is going on. There is a chance that he has eaten something foreign that has caused a partial obstruction, he could have pneumonia, and there are lots of other possibilities by the description that you have given. I can't fully understand your post but I think you are saying that Max is lethargic and isn't eating. That he is holding down water. Is he vomiting too? From your pictures his gums do look a little less pink then they should. If he is anemic (low red blood cells) then that can be serious. Causes could be blood loss from a tumor inside his belly, infectious causes like tick borne diseases, immune conditions or other types of cancer. There are many causes for lethargy and not eating: blockage, cancer, kidney or liver failure, viral diseases, etc. I would have him seen by your Vet for an exam. I wish you and Max the very best!

Poor Marley. He sounds very sick. I would strongly recommend to get him seen by your vet as soon as possible. There is a chance that he may have something going on that could be fixed or at least given something to help entice his appetite and make him feel better. If he has something really serious going on that is either unable to be fixed or there are too many cost concerns, you may consider humane euthanasia. I know this is a very difficult time but it is always best to consider his quality of life and suffering in times like this. I hope that he has something that can be fixed easily and you won't have to make such a hard decision. Please know you are in my thoughts.

If they are all acting this way, I'd be worried they have something contagious or got into something toxic. You are right, three days is a long time not to eat, and its now become very serious. Please take them into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

It sounds like your dog is sick. The drooling can be due to nausea, and the lethargy, vomiting, anorexia, and diarrhea could be due to a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, pancreatitis, or a foreign body. I would take your dog into a vet right away for an exam, he sounds quite ill with all these symptoms, and he needs to be medically treated ASAP.

Ranger sounds very sick and he needs to see the veterinarian today. Losing weight and prolonged lethargy is not normal and is very concerning. It’s possible he has some sort of infection or got into some sort of poison. Something like an intestinal blockage is also possible. Without proper care, this could be something fatal.
