How to heal my dog's nose cut that keeps reopening and bleeding?

Lesions in this location can be a little tricky to treat with topical medications because most dogs are able to lick them off, at least to some degree. You can try to clean this area with an antiseptic chlorhexidine cleanser twice a day (Hibiclens is one brand), but take care to rinse it well and do not let Bella lick it while you are cleaning. Breaking open a vitamin E capsule and rubbing it on this area may be mildly helpful, but it won't hurt if she licks a little off. As Jessica mentioned, one of the most important things to do is to keep an e-collar on Bella to prevent her from rubbing at this area further. If this lesion persists for another week or worsens at any point, you'll need to take her to a vet for evaluation. Those do look pretty ouchie, especially the right wound. If the bleeding has stopped, I would keep the area clean and dry and place an Elizabethan (cone) collar on Harlow to keep her from rubbing or pawing at it which may cause it to bleed again. If the wound still looks deep and inflamed, has gotten larger, or begins to look infected (swelling, hot to the touch, oozing debris, extremely painful) then it is best to call your vet in the AM to be seen.

Oh my! Poor Coco! Luckily the nose has good blood supply and it should heal just fine. It is possible that hitting the ring was enough to cause an injury on Fisher's nose, and that it is now trying to heal. It is best to try and keep the area clean and dry and prevent him from rubbing on it with the use of an Elizabethan (cone) collar. You can keep the area clean by gently using a warm clean washcloth on the area and wiping away any dirt or debris. If the area doesn't heal after a day or so, worsens, or appear infected (hot to touch, very bothersome, oozing green or discolored debris) then having a vet take a look is best. If the area heals but the bump returns, you may also want to have your vet take a look to make sure there isn't another underlying cause of it.

It sounds as though Frank is really preventing his sore from healing. I would recommend placing a cone/e-collar on him to prevent him from rubbing his face. You may also want to talk to your veterinarian about using a topical ointment/antibiotic to help it heal more quickly. An ointment may help reduce irritation which in turn may stop him from rubbing.
