That does look quite irritated in the picture. Keiko could have an upper respiratory infection causing this or even a foreign body. This should be checked out by a vet, and I strongly urge you to give his vet a call now to make him an appointment for as soon as possible. When dogs have nasal discharge on one side only it indicates a problem in that nostril or sinus. They can get pieces of grass or seeds in their nose that can cause this in addition to a nasal polyp or tumor. This looks infected so I recommend a veterinary exam. They may need to sedate Bowser to flush out and examine in the nostril, the throat and may need an X-ray of his sinus. Often flushing out or removing an object will cure this. If it’s a polyp or mass removing some of it to get a biopsy and diagnosis may be needed. Antibiotics may be prescribed as well for the infection. Thank you for submitting your question regarding Lexi. I do recommend that she sees her veterinarian. Her nose looks very sore and raw. She may require an oral antibiotic to help the wound to heal. She may also be checked for other signs of autoimmune skin disease as the nose can be one of the first areas of affected. I hope this information helps!

Poor Thunder. He likely has an upper respiratory infection going on. Infectious disease (i.e. Distemper) are also possible if he is also acting unwell. I would highly recommend taking Thunder to your local vet by morning for a good thorough exam and auscultation of his lungs to ensure his lower airway isn't affected as well. I recommend to have Bailey examined by the veterinarian. This could be something like ringworm (which humans can get) or it could indicate unilateral nasal discharge which can be indicative of a foreign object trapped in the nostril, a fungal infection or cancer. So, there are a number of things this could be. 1) This could be an allergic response to something in her environment or an insect, 2) This could be a fungal or bacterial infection that could be primary OR secondary to trauma or an allergy. Ideally I would do a prep on a slide and look under the microscope to see if there is a significant bacterial or yeast population. Regardless, however, I think she would benefit from some topical treatment depending on what is seen under the microscope. If it seems to be spreading, and the area is swollen, some injectable or oral medications may be indicated.

While this may be caused by a bite from another dog, from my experience, this looks a little bit more like a wound from nudging something constantly with the nose. Perhaps nudging a door to a crate, or sticking his nose under a door repeatedly. I recommend keeping a close eye on the area, and maybe even getting Bear an E-collar or "cone" so that he does not cause further trauma to the area.
