Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old
Panda has possibly got an internal stitch that's poking his skin as its right under the part of his neuter wound that isn't fully healed if so what can we do to help him he licks that area unless I have the e collar on and its been 19 days since he was done and external stitches came out on day 16 the vet noticed he had chewed the stitch and we left collar on and he still wears unless I'm watching advice as to what I should do .

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Panda!
Can you post a picture of the incision? Sometimes there are minor complications to any surgery and incisions sometimes need more time to heal. If Panda is licking or bothering the incision that can cause delays too. If your Vet expected it to heal 2 days after the sutures were removed and it hasn't then I would recommend that you have the incision rechecked. Keep the E-collar on until then.
I hope this helps and I wish Panda the best!
