My dog is limping after paw surgery and rebandaging. How can I help?

The bandage looks good. There's a lot of layers to bandaging, and there will be materials like cotton wrap underneath to protect and support, giving it the awkward appearance. It doesn't mean his foot is in that position, his foot should be in it's normal position but the layers make it look this way.
