Hello there! The ingredients in the phytovet CK wipes are very safe and are also in diluted concentrations. The amount that actually is applied to the skin is also very small as compared to if she was to ingest the liquid form. If it's just a single time ingestion or even if it happens again randomly I wouldn't be worried. I do not expect Ella to get sick at all. However, the application you just did isn't likely to be effective as she probably licked it all off. I usually tell people if you can have a contact time of at least 3-5 minutes with no licking then enough has absorbed to be effective and they wouldn't be ingesting much at all. When I use it on my own dog I just sit with her for a few minutes and play/distract her to keep her from licking. It usually dries pretty fast. I wouldn't worry. I think Ella will be just fine. The type of product is not really toxic, especially in small quantities like that. You could see some mild stomach upset or mouth irritation, but that is unlikely. You can try to squirt some water in her mouth to rinse it out. Signs of a problem would be drooling, licking lips, or wanting to eat, but I don’t feel this is likely to,happen.

Sawyer may develop a bit of diarrhea and/or vomiting but it should resolve quickly. You can buy protective booties to use on walks or you can use a paw cream such as Musher's Secret. It is a safe cream for pets and works great. You can order it online or buy it at most pet stores.
