My dog licks my son's ear. Why do dogs lick ears and faces so much?

My son allway close he eye went the dog is lick his ear and somewhat dose he do that

I'm not sure I understand your questions completely. If you are asking why the dog licks your son's ear or face, that's' just what some dogs do as part of general grooming.
