Ingestion of large amount of sugar may produce vomiting and transient diarrhea but Kahlua should not develop any more serious symptoms. Please, offer your puppy small amounts of water every 30-60 minutes and monitor her closely at home. If she does develop diarrhea and profuse vomiting, you may have to take her to your local vets to get symptomatic treatment.

Hello. While this is a overdose, it was not massive & will not be life threatening. Baby Girl will be mopey & lethargic for a few more hours, but as long as she does not become non-responsive she should be fine. Suboxone generally does have a wide margin of safety. Certain chemicals in hair dye is known to be toxic to dogs, but it usually takes more than a lick to cause serious complications. However, I would expect some vomiting and excessive drooling from this. If you are not seeing this within the first hour after she licked it, then it's a good sign that she will not have any toxic effects. However, you should monitor her for signs of excessive vomiting, difficulty breathing, and/or lethargy as a sign that she is having serious complications. If you notice this, then take her to the vet immediately for treatment. In-fact, if there is any concern about toxicity, then it's best to take her to the vet for treatment and monitoring. If you don't notice any signs of toxicity within the next 12 hours, then most likely she will be fine. For now, it's best to give a little milk (about 1cup) and plenty of water. She may be a bit sleepy but otherwise she should have no ill effects. A dose of oxycodone for a dog her size is up to 10mg and she only ingested 5mg. I would not worry about this at all. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

She will likely be fine. Keep an eye on her for an upset tummy (vomiting or diarrhea or lack of appetite). Luckily she is a large dog so this small amount of medicine shouldn’t cause any issues. If you have any concerns, I would contact your vet to take a look at her. i hope this helps!

I am sorry that Cuddles is trying to eat your hair product but good news she will likely be just fine. I would recommend to keep a close eye on her over the next couple of days for any lethargic, decreased appetite, vomiting or diarrhea.
