It sounds like Ginny definitely has some GI distress going on if she is very lethargic, vomiting, and not eating. Yes, I recommend to have Grima examined today. I'm concerned she is in pain and that she feels really bad. Additionally, with the advent of the vomiting red, I'm concerned she might be puking blood and it sounds like the condition is getting worse.
