What to do if my 5-month-old dog is lethargic and foaming blood?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs

My 5 month old dog being lethargic won't come out from his dog house barely eats n this morning had foam on his mouth with lil bit of red look like blood financial tight right now been layed off recently but don't want to lose this dog got attached to it what can I do

Well, it sounds like Blake is either sick or could potentially have a wound in his mouth. Anytime there is a dog acting abnormal with foam in the mouth it is important to know if he has been vaccinated for rabies. If not- call your veterinarian immediately. If he has been vaccinated then I would encourage you to look in his mouth with a flash light. Look under the tongue and all through the mouth for a wound. If there is no oral wound then that makes me more concerned that he is sick. In that case I think you may need to try to find a way to have him evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible .
