My dog has been diagnosed with Lar Par and has lost his voice, is currently on steroids which seem to be helping. Lately he has not been able to digest his food & throws part of it up. Just now he vomited some blood. He is resting now and seems okay. Should I be taking him to an ER tonight. or just watch what he eats? He has an apt in two days

Definitely take Molson into an ER vet. Vomiting blood is very serious, and it could be caused by the steroids. They can cause GI ulcers and GI bleeding, which may be the cause of the blood in his vomit. He needs treatment from a vet now for this, please take him into the ER vet right away. Bring his medications with you so the vet knows exactly what he is taking. Good luck!
