Muneca seems to be suffering from an acute kidney failure, at her age it is most likely because of poisoning indeed. it's always very difficult to predict what is going to happen with this type of condition, she could recover and she could not recover, if she does recover it may take 2 days and it may take 2 weeks. she will need to remain on fluid therapy and have the blood test repeated very often to see if she is improving.
