Mist vaccine clinics only do vaccines and not exams or provide records past vaccinations. I would recommend that you find an established Vet for Piper. I am afraid this is different in every state. You will have to discuss this with your veterinarian who wrote the notes and keeps the records. There may be legal provisions that he does not have to give you his personal notes and sometimes the insurance companies will request information they are not legally entitled to. This could be normal depending on where you live and the cost of living in your area. I strongly recommend pet insurance. This can greatly reduce your cost. You will have to pay the money up front but they will reimburse you. Be sure to sign up for an insurance that pays for a percentage of your bill for reimbursement. I hope this helps!
