As long as she is not lethargic, this can wait until the wait opens, this might be a blood clotting condition that she is developing, there is a good chance that the dental will need to be canceled.

Hello. It is always difficult to evaluate tissue abnormalities just based on a picture. This could be a benign tissue hyperplasia, or it may be more serious like the beginning of an oral carcinoma. If I understand correctly, you want to know if this can wait until February, but I really do not feel that is a good idea. I would have her mouth & gums evaluated now, & if your vet decides to wait until the teeth are cleaned ( which will be done under general anesthesia ), that might be a good time to get a biopsy. It can wait for Monday, it's probably either an infection or a bad reaction to the suture material. if she is not on antibiotics already then she will probably need a short course of antibiotics for it to get better.

Marley has quite significant tartar on his teeth, and there is inflammation of the immediate gums. The white plaques you can see look like ulcers caused by the tartar rubbing on the gums. He will likely need some pain relief and antibiotics, but ultimately he will need the teeth cleaned. I don't think you need to rush him to the vet tonight, but I would try and get him in tomorrow as he could do with some pain relief.

This does indeed look uncomfortable! Pictures can be deceiving but it appears there is significant loss of bone and gum tissue above the affected teeth, with tartar and infection build up. Referral to a specialist dentist for xrays to fully assess what is going on under the gum may provide more information but it is likely that extraction of 2 or 3 teeth and repair of the gum over this area will be required in order to eliminate the infection and prevent pain

It definitely appears that something is causing an infection in the mouth. Diseased teeth could be the cause, but could also be due to a laceration in the mouth, or a foreign object stuck in her mouth. The drooling is likely due to the mouth problem, but the shaking is a bit worrying. This could indicate pain, but in worse cases could indicate shock. Unfortunately, I would need more information and in order to determine if this is an emergency or not. For this, you would be better off having an online consult with one of our vets.
