My dog has a wound above his shoulder. It looks infected and I just noticed it tonight. He’s an inside dog. What can I do to help him and what may have caused it?

Poor Duck! I would take him into the vet in the morning. I agree it looks like it could be infected, so he needs antibiotics to treat the infection. The vet can prescribe them as needed. I hope this helps!
