Does indoor confinement affect my dog's immunity? Are boosters needed?

My dog is 9 yrs old n due to covid19 I stopped taking her out for her daily walks.she was confined in a room only with me.i hv read that living in a sterile environment for long compromises immunity.so after 3-4 months her immunity would hv been compromised??can I start with IMMUNOL HIMALAYA syrup?but it has PARABENS in it n PARABENS causes cancer.should I still start with IMMUNOL or is there any other immunity booster for dogs?I hv to take her to vet also n I fear about her catching virus plzte

Thank you for your question about Chhutki. As long as she is up to date with her vaccines, you don't have to worry about her. Being confined will not compromise her immunity. The kind of sterile environment that may affect immunity is one that is sealed, has air pumped in and out, and requires special clothing to enter. While your home may be very clean, it will not be a fully sterile environment. You don't need to get her any of these supplements. For one, she doesn't need them, and two, they don't work and are a waste of money. Best of luck.
