I'm sorry Fox isn't doing well! It could be that he is experiencing an allergic reaction, causing the pinkish red color of his skin, the pimple things, and making the skin feel hotter than normal. He could also have an bacterial infection causing his symptoms. Without seeing him in person, I couldn't say for certain what is causing his symptoms, but it sounds like from your description that he needs to see a vet. A vet can diagnose what is causing these symptoms so he can be treated. If you can, I would take him into a vet today, even if that means going to an ER vet or finding a vet on call to see him. I hope this helps, and good luck!
