Things to be concern about are crying in pain, excessive tiredness, not wanting to eat, etc. I wish you the best!

I would suggest to monitor him closely for the next 48 hours and record any abnormal sign you may notice. If the signs persist more than 12 hours a check up would be needed both to have her checked and give appropriate treatment. Pain relief meds may be necessary. In the meantime keep her quiet and monitor her for any other sign other than what you described (which are probably to due to mild discomfort and not specific of anything concerning).

Monitor for any vomiting or trouble walking or a head tilt. If you notice any eye movements jumping back and forth or a head tilt, that is a sign of head trauma. If you notice no signs after 12 -24 hours then you have nothing to worry about
