Your puppy looks like it is in serious pain. The eye also looks involved and it is possible the other dog bit your puppy behind the eye lid, which could be a reason for the blood from the nose. It would be best to have your puppy seen by a veterinarian preferably tonight. Brandy will need an exam to verify there is no eye damage, fracture of any of the facial bones. She will need prescription antibiotics, and pain medicine. This will likely swell up seriously and may also impede her breathing if there is an injury to the respiratory tract in the head.

Since this is still going on and not getting better, you need to take her to the vet as soon as possible. There are a number of injuries she could have, including fractures to her head or neck that are likely responsible for the pain and the droopy face and swelling. She could have a broken or displaced jaw that causes pain, making her reluctant to eat. This doesn't seem to be improving so she needs medical attention right away. Your vet will do an exam, x-rays, possibly additional labwork, and based on these results, will be better able to tell you what is going on and how best to treat it.

I am so sorry but the description of your pet means that she either has cerebral edema (fluid around the brain) or hydrocephalus (also fluid around the brain/skull). She needs to be seen by an ER vet right away! She needs medical treatment (i.e. Mannitol) to help drain the fluid and hopefully stabilize her before any permanent damage is done. Pipi could have a soft tissue injury, a dislocated bone or even a broken bone. I recommend having your veterinarian do an exam and maybe an X-ray to diagnose her. She may need rest, dog anti inflammatory medication or even a splint. I would not splint it yourself as that could accidentally affect her growth plates and cause long term issues. Do not give any human medication as it can be toxic to dogs.

This dog would be examined using the ABCs (airway, breathing, circulation) and if stable, would have blood testing (CBC, chemistry) and chest x-rays to evaluate for rib fractures, integrity of the diaphragm, and pulmonary contusions (although these can take 24 hours to develop radiographically). In most cases, the dog would also have an IV catheter placed and be started on a "shock dose" of IV fluids.

Poor Mico looks very sick. She may have a viral illness like distemper or pneumonia. Only a vet can determine what medicine she needs. Clean away the mucus from her eyes and nose to help her breathe easier. Please take her to a vet as soon as you can.

If he is not walking well and his breathing is abnormal, I highly recommend you consider having him reevaluated by a veterinarian since he has not improved. They may take chest x rays to check on why he is breathing loudly such as a pulmonary contusion for example.
