Why is my dog tilting her head, has ear issues and is vomiting?

I would be worried about a potential inner ear infection. Other ear infections can progress to inner ear infections which are painful, can result in hearing loss and balance issues. It is possible that the head tilt is the first sign that the balance Centers are being affected. I would advise taking Dahlia back in to the vet.

It sounds like Libby have a severe ear infection, and I would take her into a vet immediately. This will be very painful to her, and leaving it untreated can lead to hearing loss. It sounds as Pelu is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

Ear infections have 2 main culprits - bacteria and yeast and sometimes both. And sometimes there can be different types of bacteria as well! If Bella does have an ear infection, it is possible that the organisms are different than last year and the medicines would be ineffective. A good veterinary exam will determine if the ear is causing Bella to walk around with her head tilted and what the best treatment would be. Your dog likely suffers from a severe ear infection, you cannot give him anything without taking him to the vet, he will need antibiotics/antifungal meds in order to recover and you need to do it urgently.

Poor Tomy. Drinking a lot of water and a decrease in appetite suggests that he may have an infection. Because he is shaking his head I would have his ears checked first to see if he has an ear infection (otitis external). If he has a deep infection (otitis interns) in the ears, this can also throw off his balance, cause vomiting (motion sickness), and cause him to walk awkwardly. It is best it have him checked by your vet soon to be evaluated and examined thoroughly. Until you can get him in be seen, offer Tomy small portions of canned food to keep him nutritionally sound.
