My dog's head nods when still. Could it be tremors or a seizure?

Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Male | neutered | 5.5 lbs

When my dog is still his head nods till he snaps out of it either on his own or I talk you him. I’ve been assured it’s not full epilepsy?? I only have videos

I am sorry there is no video attached to this link. I would recommend taking Monty to the vet and showing them the videos. in some breeds like bull dogs they do get idiopathic head tremors (we are not sure why head tremors) that are non harmful and do not have a treatment. However in other breeds it could be a focal seizure and needs more attention. A vet visit would be the best place to start. I hope that helps
