My dog has bumps on his gums and a stye that won't heal. What's wrong?

My dog has bumps on the side of his gums and what looks like a stye in one eye but it won't go away and I don't know what it is

Jager looks like he may have canine papilloma virus on his lip. This is a common viral infection that is transmitted between dogs and generally goes away on it's own in 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately I cannot tell what is going on with his eye by the picture alone. I would recommend you take him in to your vet for an exam as his eye may need further treatment like a topical antibiotic for a potential stye or infected tear duct. The lump on his mouth can be checked at the same time to ensure that it is just a papilloma and not a concern.
