Dog has green, liquid poop but no other symptoms. Should I worry?

I'm sorry to hear that Stinky isn't feeling well. I can't tell if the soft stool are vomiting are common for her or a new thing. If long term (more than a month), it could be caused by intestinal parasites, food intolerance or allergy, or less likely an endocrine issue. If it's a sudden change, she could have caused an acute entrogastritis by eating something different/bad, could have an infection, or many other causes. If she's eating well and energetic, it's not generally an emergency and you can wait to see if she gets better with time. A daily probiotic can help (anything you find at a store is fine, or you can buy Fortiflora on Amazon). If the vomiting has been going on for more than a few days, or is frequent (more than a couple times a day) I would recommend a vet visit when possible

The green color is likely dye from something your pet ingested. I recommend monitoring the stool to see if it changes back to normal color within the next day or two .Chances are it will. Also monitor Pickles a bit more closely to make sure he isn't ingesting something he shouldn't have. If he starts to have any other symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy or decreased appetite, then its best to have him seen by your local vet. Also, if there is any chance Pickles could have gotten into some kind of rat poison/bait, then he should be seen right away. It wouldn't be a bad idea also to go ahead and give Pickles a probiotic to support a healthy GI tract moving forward. These signs could be compatible with a colitis, which is an inflammation of the last part of the intestine, the colon, usually related to dietary indiscretion. As a first approach, I would suggest to start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice vomiting, lethargy or inappetence. Eye problem seems completely unrelated and may be due to a mild conjunctivitis. At the moment you can just clean the eye/s with plain water, removing the discharge. Your poor pup! The color of her diarrhea could be from eating a lot of grass, but it could also be from intestinal parasites, rat poisoning, or other illnesses. I can give you a home remedy to try to see if that helps. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, she starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.
