Hello Kashish
You will need to take your dog to a veterinarian for an exam to make sure it is a fungal infection. This could also be a bacterial infection or be caused by other agents. Your vet will then prescribe the proper medication, either a fungicidal ointment or shampoo, or bactericidal shampoo or antibiotics.
