Dog can't use front leg after accident, won't let me touch it. Help!

You will need to give it several hours first, then take her for a walk to see if she is limping. if she is using the leg but limping on it, rest her for 2-4 days until it gets better. if she isn't using the leg you will need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked and treated.

She may have torn her cruciate ligament, have a problem with her knee cap, have a fracture, etc. Since she seems to be in pain, you should take her to your vet today for an orthopedic examination.
