Yes, but I would only feed a little at a time if it's not a regular food for Scotch. If you feed too much, it can cause an upset stomach/intestines, which can lead to vomiting and/or diarrhea.

Also, I would feed a little less of his normal food to prevent him from having too much calories. It doesn't take much for these little dogs to overeat and get obese.
