Is honey safe for dogs to eat? What kind and how much can they have?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 20 lbs

I know there are so many varieties of honey I was wonder is this brand of honey ok for my dog to eat the ingredients literary just say honey it's really thick

A very small amount of honey (1 tsp twice a day) is fine for dogs- it does not really matter what kind. I would not use any more than that though because it is pure sugar and not the best treat for dogs. I prefer peanut butter if you want to give him a tsp if sowmhung yummy to lick at.
