My soy had a scab behind her ear and it was loose so I took it off and there is like yellowish pus in it. What do I do?

It is hard for me to tell 100% from those pictures but it looks like that could be a sebaceous growth that had ruptured or an infected lesion. You can try to clip some of the hair away from the area and gently clean the area. A small amount of triple antibiotic ointment may be applied. However, if this area is not resolving in the next few days you will want to see a veterinarian to make sure oral medication is not needed.
