My dog has a drool rash on her lips. What can I do to make it go away?

This is probably caused by an allergic reaction. first of all make sure you de-flea Dessy regularly every month with a high quality spot on (ex. Advantage) as fleas are by far the most common reason for these reactions. If the fleas are not the problem, it could be an allergic reaction to food or an environmental factor. this is more complicated to treat and will sometimes require medications such as Steroids, anti histamines or cyclosporin in order to stop the allergy.

Based on the photos you provided, I would suspect this to be an allergy or dermatitis from some type or irritant. Lip fold dermatitis can occur where there is excess skin causing saliva to become trapped leading to inflammation / irritation of the skin. Without looking in the mouth, it'd be hard to say. Most mouth wounds heal up fast, but if it is still bleeding, the wound is bigger than your pinky nail, or there is facial swelling/pain, these are all signs of potential infection or a wound that is big enough that it requires treatment by your vet. Keeping any drool and debris away from the affected area is best so it can stay clean (a clean dry washcloth works great for mastiff drool!)

It does look a little irritated there. That could be caused by irritation from a muzzle or face halter, or could be regular allergies starting up. It could be skin fold dermatitis, either bacterial or fungal. Until he gets to see the vet, you can try wiping it with a little hydrogen peroxide every day. You can also apply a little Neosporin, but he will probably lick it right off again.
