Dog drinking, eating more, diarrhea, itchy. Should I go to ER vet?

Yes, any pet that has persistent signs especially vomiting and diarrhea should be evaluated immediately. Once dehydration and electrolyte imbalance develop, they will just continue to get weaker and weaker unless treated. Reasons for vomiting/diarrhea are many and range from intestinal problems or problems with other organs in the body causing the signs. Intestinal worms, dietary indiscretion (eating things she is not supposed to eat), dietary intolerance/sensitivity, a foreign body (especially in younger dogs), infection, inflammation, toxins, pancreatitis, kidney/liver problems, etc. Your vet can do a physical exam and some tests which could include a fecal exam, blood work, x-rays, ultrasound, etc. to try to determine what is causing the problem. Once a diagnosis is made they will advise a treatment plan to address the issue. Your vet can also address the itching of her muzzle and whining which may or may not be related. I hope this is just temporary and it resolves quickly for you and Moka.

It's best to take him to the ER, but it's possible that this can wait until tomorrow morning. Puppies commonly get gastrointestinal infections from parasites and bacteria that can cause this to happen. We always worry about Parvo virus in puppies, but it causes bloody stool, so hopefully this won't be the case for Stella. If he is still active and eating/drinking, then this is likely not an emergency, but he should be seen by a vet within the next 24 hours. Poor Butter! Since this has been going on for 2-3 days now and she is also vomiting and not wanting to eat much, I would recommend taking her to the ER today to be seen, rather than waiting until next week. The ER doctor can do some diagnostic testing to help figure out what's going on (possibly blood work, x-rays, and/or a fecal exam for parasites) and get her started on appropriate treatment depending on what is found. At the very least, it sounds like she needs to be started on some supportive care and symptomatic treatment (for nausea, diarrhea, etc.) since dogs can become dangerously sick if they have symptoms like this for multiple days that are not resolving on their own.

If Bo is only exhibiting an increase in water intake and urination then you should be okay to wait to schedule an appointment on Monday to see his regular veterinarian. This can sometimes be due to the high environmental temperatures this time of year, but you can certainly see this with urinary tract disease/infections or with metabolic disorders (less likely since Bo is less than 1 year old). In the meantime, monitor Bo for the onset of lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, inappetance or decrease in appetite, or any more severe signs (seizure, pale mucous membranes, etc). If any of these signs are noted, then he should be examined by an emergency veterinarian immediately.

When you are dealing with a pet like Stitches with non-specific symptoms such as not wanting to eat or drink, the best thing to do is to get him examined by your vet and get him checked out. He could have a number of things going on internally that have to be evaluated via bloodwork so that we can identify the problem quickly and know what specific treatment he needs to feel better.
