My dog drank cooking oil and is vomiting with diarrhea. Is it serious?

For now just monitor her, withhold food for 12 hours, the vomiting should stop first and the diarrhea will take a little longer. if she keeps on vomiting - take her to your vet to get an injection to stop the vomiting.

At the least he will likely have sift poo for a day or 2 as oil acts like a laxative. However the fat in the oil may cause him to develop pancreatitis which isn't a very nice condition. If he is vomiting or dull I would seek a vet immediately.

There isn't much you can do. do not feed her anything in the next 24 hours, do expect a lot of diarrhea at some point (probably only tomorrow), she might also start vomiting, if she is vomiting more than a couple times- take her to the vet to get an anti vomiting treatment.

I would recommend you take her in. She may have some pancreatitis from the fat. (Her pancreas may have become inflamed trying to secrete enough enzymes to help digest the fat). Or it could be coincidental and she also ate part of a toy or something and has an intestinal obstruction, or maybe she has Parvovirus. A lethargic puppy is always a worry.
