My dog keeps having diarrhea and vomiting white phlegm. What's wrong?

I am sorry to hear about Sam. It sounds like he is not feeling well at all. There are many different possible causes of vomiting in dogs. Some of the most common include ingestion of foreign objects, pancreatitis, ingestion of toxins, gastroenteritis, and more. Due to the fact that he is very lethargic I would recommend taking him in to see a vet as soon as possible- to an emergency clinic if one is in your area if you feel he is very lethargic and continues to vomit. Do not offer anymore food and water tonight as he will likely just vomit it back up. The vet will examine him and may recommend x-rays or bloodwork to help determine a cause for vomiting and will most likely give injectable medication to stop the vomiting and IV fluids to help rehydrate poor Same.

It sounds like she is having some gastrointestinal problems today. It is always best to seek veterinary care in this instance. However if that isn’t possible today then I would with hold food (not water) for the next several hours and then try small amounts of a bland diet made with boiled chicken and rice. Hello there. I am sorry the Gustuf is not feeling well. I recommend taking him to the veterinarian as soon as you can. He could have an upset stomach, but he could have something more serious, like pancreatitis or infection. They may need to take some bloodwork or x-rays to determine the cause of his sickness. Hi there. It sounds like your dog has a gastrointestinal infection which can be caused by bacteria, intolerance to something he ate, parasites or a virus. With the loose stool and continued drooling, I would recommend that you take him to a vet. They can do a physical exam and a fecal test and once they know what’s going on they can get him the treatment he needs to feel better. This could indicate a number of things. It possible that Chloe developed a food sensitivity, reflux, gastrointestinal stasis, internal organ issues, or esophageal inflammation. If the vomiting continues it would be best to have Chloe examined by a veterinarian. She may need X-rays or even blood work to determine the cause of the vomiting. If the vomiting hasn’t improved on a bland diet, I would recommend Puchiwilly be evaluated by a veterinarian to determine the underlying cause for his vomiting, have any necessary testing done (X-rays, bloodwork), and start any treatment that he may need to resolve the issue. Poor guy. Scrappy sounds like he is in pretty bad shape. Based on his severe symptoms I would highly recommend taking him to your nearest vet right away for some testing and treatment depending on his underlying illness. Some possible causes of vomiting, weight loss, appetite and liquid stool are parvovirus, foreign body obstruction or a bacterial infection. The vet will likely start with a parvovirus test (especially if Scrappy is not fully vaccinated), and additional testing if needed. Puppies can get dehydrated very quickly when they are both vomiting and having loose stool. Once we know what is going on with Scrappy, we will know how to treat him and hopefully get him well again. Until you can get him in you should offer him plenty of water and perhaps even Pedialyte (non-flavored) diluted with water and a liquid diet (Ensure) can be tried in small amounts.
