My dog ate bad food, has loose stool, peed inside. When to see vet?

It's good that her stool is better this morning, and I would continue to monitor it. Orange and blueberries can be hard for a dog to digest, and that's probably why you are still seeing it in her stool. Given you are seeing improvement in the stool, continue to monitor it for the next 24-48 hours. If it isn't normal after that time period, then I would have her seen by a vet.

This combined with the loose stool are signs of gastrointestinal upset. The dribbling urine though is not a typical sign of GI disease and it is worrisome. Since he is going every 3-4 hours it might be a good idea to take him to the vet to prescribe medications to help resolve the diarrhea, especially since he is going in the house at night. If you wanted to try some treatment at home, you could withhold food for 12 hours and then try a small amount of a bland diet, like boiled chicken and white rice. If the diarrhea has improved then continue the bland diet for a few days and slowly transition back to his normal food. You could also add a dog probiotic to his diet. Proviable Forte Kit has a probiotic capsule and paste for diarrhea. If the diarrhea continues then he should definitely been seen by your vet.

Poor Fritz sounds like he is suffering from diarrhea, and that would cause him to have to go wherever he is urgently. Whenever a dog has diarrhea for longer than 24 hours, a vet visit is recommended. He could be suffering from intestinal worms, a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, or could have a foreign body. The vet can diagnose what is causing his diarrhea and can treat him for it. I would take him into a vet today.

Certainly a food change can cause soft stool - even if you switch back to the previous food. It's important to remember, however, that there are many causes of soft stool in dogs, and you shouldn't assume that the cause was the food switch. You can try to revert to a bland diet - boiled white meat chicken and boiled white rice mixed in 50:50 proportions, and cooked with no added seasonings or fats - in small quantities at frequent intervals. For examine, offer about 1/4 cup every 2 - 4 hours. If the stool returns to normal over 24 hours, then transition slowly back to the original food.
