My 5 almost 6 year old Lab was throwing up (mostly liquid) and having diarrhea. He didn’t eat today but he did recently eat some beef and rice. He was drooling earlier but that has stopped but he’s occasionally trembling. Very lethargic. He eats poop, potentially ate some socks within the last two days and has had HGE before this time of year when he ate a glove that had thawed out in the back yard. He seems to be on the mend. Held down the beef and rice and is drinking water.

I think it's blending other food such as the rice and hamburger. Levi doesn't need it, he should only have his dog food. I can give you a home remedy for him to see if that helps. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, he starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
