Does deworming medicine affect a lactating dogs milk supply?

Some wormers can be excreted with the milk. This is not necessarily damaging to the pups, however you should read the wormer's instruction sheet before giving it to your lactating dog. It will state whether it is suitable for lactating bitches. Puppies can be wormed with puppy wormer at 2 weeks.
