My dog has demodectic mange. What cream can I use to stop the itching?

What cream can I use to help my dogs demodectic mange to stop itching.

It's not recommended to use topical cream as the creams that help with itchiness can make the demodicosis worse (steroids). Once Roxy has started a systemic treatment for Demodex (I recommend Bravecto tablet) the itchiness should get much better within a few days.
