What are these dark growing bumps on my puppy's back after parasites?

This potentially could be a reaction to the medication, but without seeing Honey in person, I can't say for certain. I'd have her checked out by a vet, as these bumps may need treatment to go away. Best of luck.

Skin lesions like these can be caused by bacterial, parasitic or fungal infection, dietary or environmental allergies or sensitivities, immune system disorders, or a combination of the above. Sometimes puppies like Palmer can get a type of “puppy acne” along the belly as well. If the lesions do not start to go away in the next week, or if they start getting worse, I recommend making an appointment to have Palmer seen by your veterinarian to help determine the cause of the bumps you’ve noticed and to make sure they are treated appropriately. The vet will likely want to look at a sample from the area under the microscope to determine if there is an infection and to figure out what medication is appropriate for treatment.

Without seeing these bumps it's hard to tell but it sounds like it could be a bacterial skin infection. This can occur second heard allergies such as the fleas but also to certain environmental factors like grass and pollens. Trifexis is generally good at preventing fleas so I will discuss with your veterinarian what other factors could be involved as well as the oral antibiotics maybe needed to clear up her infection.

Thank you for providing a picture of Comet's bumps, they are helpful. Also, good on you for not grabbing the centers of the bump with tweezers! It could be that she has puppy pyoderma. This is a common skin condition in puppies (a skin infection), they have very sensitive skin. She will need to see a vet to have this definitively diagnosed and if she does have puppy pyoderma, the vet will prescribe antibiotics to treat it. I hope this helps!

Those bumps could be a few things such as blocked pores, an infection or related to her anal glands. These lesions generally resolve on their own without treatment but you should monitor the area closely. Also make sure she does not traumatize the area. If the lesions are not improving after 2 weeks or if they get worse at any point, have the lesions examined by the veterinarian. However, it also looks to me that it could be a result of a bacterial infection, mite infection or even a flea allergy. The best thing to do would be to take JR to a veterinarian so that they can do a skin scrape and cytology to see what it going on. That way JR can be prescribed antibiotics or other medication if necessary.

These may be the result of a bacterial skin infection, mange, or be growths. I recommend having Bonita seen by a vet if these bumps do not resolve on their own in the next few days.
