I worry that she has a scratch on her cornea or inflammation secondary to being hit in the eye by the plant. When it comes to eye injuries it is best to have the pet seen as soon as possible. A scratch on the cornea is treated with antibiotic drops or ointment in the eye and inflammation is treated with pain medications and steroids. Unfortunately I’m not sure what you mean by her “eye’s skin,” but I’m wondering if you are referrring to the outer layer of her eye. If that’s what you mean, she could have an ulcer in her eye. The symptoms you are describing are extremely severe and constitute a medical emergency. She has to see a vet now or she could risk losing vision in that eye forever. Some auto immune disease also affect the eyes, i'm not sure if this is the case with Bella or if she just got injured but you need to take her to the vet urgently in order to get it treated, she could lose her vision very fast in the affected eye.
