My dog has a crusty, leaking lump above his eyes. What is it?

My dog has a small hard crusty lump on the centre of his head just above his eyes sometimes it leaks fluid

Poor Blade! Without being able to actually see the lump or examine him in person, it's hard to say what this might be. It could be a localized infection or inflammatory reaction to an insect bite or something similar, a cyst, or even a skin tumor of some kind.

I would recommend having the lump checked by your vet when you are able to. He/she can do a simple test called a fine needle aspirate if needed to determine what it is, and will advise you on whether it needs to be removed or not depending on the results.
