Why is my dog coughing, not eating, and wheezing when breathing?

The symptoms she is experiencing such as trying to clear her throat, may actually be a cough. Coughing and wheezing can be indicative of an upper respiratory infection. There are a variety of causes for what you are describing, including an upper respiratory infection, tracheal irritation, asthma, allergies, or another underlying issue. As they are persistent and non-resolving, I would recommend Cooper be evaluated by his regular veterinarian to try to determine what may be going on, have any necessary testing done (xrays, etc) and start a treatment plan if needed. The cough can be due to an infection, heart enlargement, or a mass. The gas and loss of appetite can be caused by intestinal parasites, eating something she shouldn't have, or intestinal inflammation. A vet can perform a physical exam, bloodwork, and x-rays to determine what is going on and begin the appropriate treatment. She could be infected with an upper respiratory tract infection. Wheezing and an increase in reverse sneezing are both symptoms. If this is not the case, she may be painful somewhere. This may be an indication that a new, or another antibiotic needs to be added to her treatment. Another option is to have her re-evaluated at a referral clinic, one that has multiple specialists. I highly recommend bringing Luna to a veterinarian to have her heart and lungs listened too. Did the breathing start after she vomited? If so, then she may have aspirated some food. Did it start before? It can be something related to her heart or even her lungs. Without a good physical examination and someone listening to her it is hard to say what it is. I would take her as soon as possible if you feel she is breathing a lot faster and heavier.
