Unfortunately there is no cure for chronic kidney disease (ckd), and there is no cure for heart disease. I am suspecting that Jumbo collapsed due to his heart problems. The symptoms of heart disease can be managed with medication, and your vet can discuss with you which ones are appropriate for him and his symptoms. With ckd, treatment depends on the severity of his symptoms. Again, your vet is the best person to discuss what treatments would be good for him, which may include IV fluids and a kidney diet. Best of luck.
