My dog's eyes are cloudy, she's bumping into things. Is it cataracts?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 6 years and 9 months old | 9.91 lbs

Is this katarata(cataract)? Is my dog gonna die? Should i buy my dog a medicine/s? If so. What medicine? Im just panicing about this all the timw because she always hit some stuff when we walk

This could possibly be cataract but there are many other eye diseases that could cause the eyes to look like this. she is not going to die but she needs to be seen by a vet ASAP in order to diagnose the eye condition properly and then treat it so she can see well again.

Cloudy eyes is usually a sign of an eye condition, it could be due to an infection or degeneration of the retina. you should take them to the vet ASAP, eye conditions that are left untreated may be irreversible.

Poor Juice! I agree that the sudden onset is definitely concerning. It's hard to see exactly what's going on from the photos (eye problems are really hard to see in pics, because a lot of times the things we're looking for are really subtle!), but I would be concerned that he may have a severe corneal ulcer or other injury to the eye, or may have something like acute onset glaucoma which can also cause cloudiness to happen quickly.

Eye problems like this can be serious and are often time-sensitive as far as getting treatment started in order to try and preserve vision in the affected eye, so I would recommend taking him to see a vet today. If your regular vet doesn't have Saturday hours, then I would take him to your nearest emergency clinic to be seen.

It sounds like Liberty has an eye infection, may have suffered trauma to the eye, or she could have cataracts or glaucoma. Any eye problems should be considered an emergency, so I would take her into a vet now. Leaving eye problems untreated can lead to vision loss. The vet can determine what is causing her eye to have these symptoms, and how best to treat it.

Poor Hurah! I can't see his eye very well in this photo, but any cloudiness is always cause for concern. Depending on the specific part of the eye that looks cloudy, this could be caused by glaucoma, a corneal scratch or ulcer, a severe eye infection, or cataracts. I would definitely recommend taking Hurah in to see a vet as soon as you are able to. He/she can examine the eye using a special stain if needed to help diagnose the problem and get him started on appropriate treatment.

My dog's eyes smell bad and she seems blind. Is it cataracts?

From the picture it looks like Bambi has catarats. However, other problems can accompany cataracts that I can’t evaluate from a picture. Secondary problems such as conjunctivitis, uveitis, and even glaucoma. Also diabetes can cause cataracts. I would highly encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian soon. Sadly, many of the ailments of human senior citizens can also occur in our canine companions. Impaired vision or blindness can occur in dogs and can be due to things like cataracts, glaucoma, etc. The good news is that these diseases, if caught early enough, can be treated and sometimes even reversed or cured! My best advice is to take Baby to your local veterinarian as soon as possible to have a complete ophthalmic examination performed. The picture is not very clear but I suspect your dog has nuclear sclerosis, which is progressive claudiness of the lens. This is age-related process and there is nothing to do to stop it. There is a chance that Tucker has cataract, which may be related to diabetes in dogs. Please, get your dog checked by your local vet to confirm the diagnosis and, if necessary, get treatment for him.
