Dog has bloody lesion, fever, lethargy, and blood in urine. What's next?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 23 lbs

My six year teddy bear has a lesion on her hind leg our vet said it has blood in it he gave her antibiotics and anti inflammatory her blood work came back fine she is running a fever and also had some blood in her urine she lethargic and lacks a appetite this happened over a two day period she was fine prior thoufhts

Poor Snickers! Potential causes for a lesion containing blood include an infection, injury or tumor. Any of these things could also cause lethargy but I cannot make a good connection between that and blood in the urine. Given the blood in her urine, her lethargy and decreased appetite, I would recommend that you have her seen by your veterinarian again. I am concerned that there could be something serious going on such as a problem clotting the blood or systemic infection.
