my dog's belly is bloated and swollen. we cant afford a vet at the moment but we did research on his symptoms and we narrowed it down to worms. we gave him some over the counter medicine but he threw it up. we decided to maybe see if he was just "backed up" instead before we went to get more medicine by giving him canned pumpkin and a few other home remedies but they aren't working. and we noticed more swelling and now he doesn't want to eat. soo......? please help because we have need it.

Digestion syrup will not help if he has a true bloat. A true bloat means the stomach has twisted and he needs surgery or he will die. Without examining him myself there is not much more I can tell you. If you have a vet nearby it is best to have him examined by them.
