My dog is bleeding heavily, won't eat, and just drinks water. What's wrong?

Brownie really needs to see a vet immediately. It's serious that there is a lot of blood coming out of her mouth, and this tooth will be extremely painful, which would be why she isn't eating or drinking. It could be that she has an infection of the tooth, and there is nothing you can do for her at home. I would call around clinics in your area to see if there is a low cost clinic nearby, check prices, call the Philippine SPCA for clinic costs, or see if your vet accepts payment plans. Princess likely is suffering from a urinary tract infection or possibly bladder stones, or other condition that causes bleeding of the urinary tract. This may be very painful. You will need to take Princess to a veterinarian for an exam and urinalysis. Your vet may also want to take radiographs to rule out bladderstones. She will need prescription antibiotics, pain medicine, and other treatment depending on the diagnosis. A pyometra is a serous infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. I am very concerned that Willow may have pyometra (an infection in her uterus). This type of infection can be life-threatening and typically requires surgery to remove the uterus which is the source of the infection. As long as Cocoa is acting normally otherwise you can probably wait to go to the veterinarian first thing tomorrow morning. However, if she shows any other abnormal signs then I would recommend going to the emergency veterinarian tonight. She may have a urinary tract infection, which although uncomfortable, is not an emergency to be seen immediately. There's a very small chance this could be related to something called stump pyometra which is an infection of the uterine stump in spayed female dogs. A stump pyometra can be an emergency, however usually would result in lethargy, fever, or inappetance.
