My dog arrived from Russia Nov 17th and I noticed that she was bleeding on Monday Nov 20th. So its her heat of course. Breeder told me that she started her heat started several days before shipping her to me. Said no blood but knew the signs. Well on Nov 22nd she was bred. Then on Nov 30th I believe she was done with her heat because the male lost interest in her. So after that everything was going good. Then on Dec 16th I noticed she was bleeding. Why is this?

It sounds like you tried to mate Lez at the correct time in her cycle, and she won't necessarily stop bleeding just because she is pregnant. I would wait until at least April 22nd and then take her into the vet for a blood test. The vet can test for a hormone called relaxin which will indicate if she is pregnant or not.
