My dog was bitten, what should I do for a non-bleeding wound?

My American bull dog was bitten by another large breed he has a puncher wound by his shoulder And I don't know what to do for the best he isn't bleeding and it didn't bleed when it happened but he's clearly tender and has some scratches and scrapes but he's my baby and in worried

It definitely looks infected, bite wounds always get infected and require antibiotic treatment. it is also borderline in size and might need suturing. i strongly recommend taking Leo to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated.
