1/4 tablet means to give 1/4 of a single tablet. So if you have a box of 4 tablets, you essentially have 16 individual doses you can give. I would only recommend giving this every 24 hours as well. So, no, you have no reason to be concerned with what happened this morning. Your dog should be absolutely fine. The dosage for a dog her size is 10mg, so she ingested two times this amount. however studies have shown no serious adverse effect with double that dose so i believe she will be fine. symptoms you should expect: vomiting, lethargy and diarrhea.
