My dog ate white out. I gave him milk. Should I be worried about him?

The chances of Teddy having any problem is unlikely with such a small amount. You did good by diluting it out with water. You did just fine providing the treatment you did . In the future I just recommend you refrain from using milk - dogs really can't process milk well and some will get an upset stomach and/or diarrhea from it. I highly doubt they ingested the bleach but if you are worried you should take them to a vet for an exam. You know them best so if you are worried you should have them seen.

You can try to give a him a small amount of milk to neutralize some of the acid in the cleaners as it can burn the esophagus and stomach and has potential to cause ulcers depending on how much he ingested. If he continues to vomit or have dark or bloody stool, then he needs to be seen.

It's not recommended to give dogs a lot of dairy products because it causes stomach upset in the form of vomiting and diarrhea. I can assure you that your grandfather is wrong, we are not liars.
